Pursuant to a pretrial agreement, appellant entered pleas of guilty and was convicted by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial of attempted unlawful entry, damaging government property, larceny, assault upon a military policeman, housebreaking, and drunk and disorderly in violation of Articles 80, 108, 121, 128, 130 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, 908, 921, 928, 930, and 934 (1982), respectively.
