This is an action for a declaratory judgment involving basically the question of the respective obligations of two insurance companies under liability policies. Specifically, the questions involved are (1) whether defendant, The Buckeye Union Casualty Company, is obligated to assume any liability in respect to suits and claims for alleged personal injury and property damage sustained in a motor vehicle accident involving defendant, Harry H.
