This is an insurance coverage case. Avondale Industries, Inc. and its former corporate parent, Ogden Corporation (collectively “Avondale”, except where noted), brought this diversity action seeking a declaration that The Travelers Indemnity Company (“Travelers”) has a duty to defend and to indemnify Avondale pursuant to several Comprehensive General Liability policies written by Travelers.
