{¶ 1} Respondent, Douglas R. Williams of Akron, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0070716, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1999. On August 5, *3182003, relator, Akron Bar Association, charged respondent with violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility. A panel of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline heard the cause and made findings of fact, conclusions of law, and a recommendation, all of which the board adopted.
