Attorney John W. Gibson appealed from the referee’s findings and conclusions that he had engaged in unprofessional conduct by making sexual advances to a woman client and from the referee’s recommendation that a 90-day suspension of his license to practice law in Wis consin is appropriate discipline. The Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility (Board) cross-appealed from the referee’s recommendation for discipline, contending that the unprofessional conduct warrants the revocation of Attorney Gibson’s license.
