Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Alvin Schlesinger, J.), rendered April 17, 1996, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a second violent felony offender, to a term of 9 to 18 years, and order, same court (Ronald Zweibel, J.), entered on or about April 21, 1999, which denied defendant’s motion pursuant to GPL 440.10 to vacate the judgment of conviction, unanimously affirmed.
