¶1 Fredric Sanai seeks review of a unanimous recommendation of disbarment by the Washington State Bar Association Disciplinary Board (Board). The hearing officer upheld each of the Washington State *746Bar Association’s (WSBA) nine counts against Sanai. The officer ruled that Sanai filed multiple frivolous motions and claims for purposes of harassment and delay, repeatedly and willfully disobeyed court orders and rules, brought frivolous suits against judges who ruled against him, and filed similar claims multiple times in multiple jurisdictions for purposes of delay.
