Plaintiff appeals from the judgment entered on an instructed verdict for defendant in an action of trespass for negligence. The questions raised are interesting and challenge thoughtful consideration, but we are of opinion the judgment should be affirmed.
Defendant is a manufacturer and vendor of tires and, perhaps, other automobile accessories. One of its places of business was a two-story building located at the northeast corner of Broad and Poplar Streets in the City of Philadelphia.
