C-COR Inc. (“C-COR”) 1 appeals from a final judgment of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware (“district court”) in favor of Seachange International, Inc. (“Seachange”) on Seachange’s claim for infringement of its U.S. Patent No. 5,862,312 (“the ’312 patent”). Seachange Int’l, Inc. v. nCUBE Corp., No. 00-568-JJF (D. Del. June 30, 2004).
