(“Teva”) along with Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited (collectively, “Ranbaxy”) appeal from the order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey granting a motion for a preliminary injunction filed by Pfizer, Inc.
