1Per curiam
¶ 1. This is an appeal by John Miller Carroll from the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of Referee Konrad Tuch-scherer regarding Mr. Carroll's petition for reinstatement of his license to practice law in Wisconsin.
¶ 2. We review this matter pursuant to SCR 22.33(1) and (2). Mr. Carroll was determined not to have satisfied the requirements for reinstatement. The referee recommended that after the denial of the reinstatement petition Mr. Carroll be permitted to again seek reinstatement in nine months pursuant to SCR 22.33(4).
