Davison et al. filed an equitable petition seeking to enjoin the heirs at law of Louis Beynolds from interfering *183with their operation in mining manganese ore deposits from described lands. They alleged, that in 1881 Eeynolds conveyed the entire mineral interests in the land to Pyrolusite Manganese Company; that that company took actual physical possession of the mineral interests; that by successive conveyances certain of the plaintiffs had acquired these mineral interests and had leased them to another of the plaintiffs, who was prevented from mining the same, because of the refusal of the…
