The petition alleges that the plaintiff is the owner, and in possession of, the mineral interests in the land lots therein described. It further alleges that petitioner and those under whom it holds have been in the peaceable, notorious, adverse, and continuous possession of said land as bona fide purchasers under recorded deeds of conveyance for a period of twenty years or more.
