The Collinsville Granite Company brought an action, in the form of “ complaint for land,” against R. O. Phillips, to recover “all of the exposed granite upon one hundred and twenty-three acres of land, more or less, in land lot one hundred and eighty-four of the. sixteenth district of DeKalb county, Georgia,” which was described with particularity in the petition. Two amendments to the petition were allowed, both"of which invoked the equitable powers of the court.
