Justice R. Eugene Pincham appeals the district court’s order dismissing a civil rights action Justice Pincham brought against the Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board, the Illinois Courts Commission and the members of both bodies under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Justice Pincham claimed that ongoing proceedings in the Judicial Inquiry Board and the Courts Commission would deprive him of rights guaranteed under the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution.
