Introduction
This case comes before the court on plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration of the *248court’s opinion of October 30, 1990, and the judgment entered thereon that same day, which allowed in part and denied in part plaintiff’s application for attorney’s fees and expenses under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d) (1988 ed.) (EAJA). In its motion, plaintiff asks the court to reconsider that portion of the court’s opinion which denied recovery of virtually all of the $43,170.86 claimed expenses for a construction claims consultant, on the…
