Plaintiffs appeal from the order sustaining a general demurrer to the complaint.
The complaint alleged plaintiffs were husband and wife during the time involved in the pleading and residents up to 1935 of Waite Park, in Stearns county; that the husband was there in the employ of the Great Northern Railway Company and had been so employed for upward of 25 years at a specified price per hour and had acquired seniority preferences and rights to a pension; that the plaintiff husband was defendant’s brother; that defendant was the owner of a 200-acre improved farm in Stearns county on…
