Petitioner seeks mandate to compel the superior court to enforce his claimed right to take the depositions of certain of the individual defendants, and officers of corporate defendants, in connection with a derivative stockholders’ suit filed by petitioner, a stockholder in and as plaintiff on behalf of, defendant corporation Walt Disney Productions.
