MEMORANDUM ENTRY

The plaintiffs are presently or were formerly prisoners at the United States Penitentiary at Terre Haute, Indiana, and have filed this' action purportedly as a “class” pursuant to Rule 23 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure seeking damages and declaratory and injunctive relief.
