VANDE WALLE, Justice.

Leonard Warmsbecker appealed from a jury verdict convicting him of disorderly conduct in violation of section 12.1-31-01, NDCC, and from the sentence imposed resulting from that conviction. 1 We affirm the conviction.

In the early morning hours of July 7, 1989, Christina Belisle and Cheryl Lind-blom were walking from a convenience store to Christina’s home when three men began to verbally harass and pursue the two teenage girls.
