MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

SHABAZ, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff Christopher Sturdevant commenced this action against defendants Thomas E. Jolas, P.C. and Thomas E. Jolas in his individual capacity for alleged violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (hereinafter “FDCPA”) pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq. Plaintiff claims that two letters sent by defendants contain three violations of the FDCPA. The case is now before the Court on defendants’ motion to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Jurisdiction exists pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331 and 15 U.S.C. §…
