Cbunsel for appellant, besides numerous points specially relied upon in his brief and argument, adds thereto seventy-seven different points under the heading of “ Errors relied upon,” by reason of which he claims the judgment should be reversed. Ho argument is made in support of many of these seventy-seven points, and under repeated decisions of this and the Supreme Court the points not argued must be considered as waived.
