Ronald Gene Barbour appeals his conviction and sentence for threatening the President of the United States, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 871. He contends that the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence he alleges was taken in violation of Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 86 S.Ct. 1602, 16 L.Ed.2d 694 (1966).
