MEMORANDUM OPINION

THOMPSON, District Judge.

I. Background

Plaintiff Community Television Systems, Inc., d/b/a TCI Cablevision of South Central Connecticut (“TCI”), brings this suit alleging the theft of cable services by defendants Angelina (a/k/a Julie) Caruso and Michael Caruso (collectively, the “Caru-sos”), Philip DeMilo and Sally DeMilo (collectively, the “DeMilos”), Charles Min-grone (“Mingrone”), and Michele White and Thomas White (collectively, the ‘Whites”).
