Plaintiff-appellant International Cablevision, Inc. d/b/a Adelphia Cable (“Cablevision”) appeals from judgments entered August 12, 1994 against defendants-appellees John Sykes and Marvin Noel in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York, John T.
