I. INTRODUCTION

In this noteworthy case, the governing body of Camden County, New Jersey (the “County” or “Camden County”) has taken aim against various firearms manufacturers (collectively the “defendants”), claiming that their wrongful conduct in marketing and distributing handguns has facilitated the creation of a criminal market for handguns within County borders.
