Contrary to his pleas, a general court-martial with enlisted representation convicted Appellant of aggravated sexual assault, aggravated sexual contact, and indecent exposure, in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 920 (2006).
