Appellants, James Bullock and Shirley Jean Hall, are minors who, by their parents, brought separate actions against appellee, Joe Miner, to recover damages for personal injuries which they allegedly sustained on August 25,1954, when a school bus in which they were riding was struck by appellee’s truck on U. S. Highway 71 between Abbott and Mansfield, Arkansas.
