Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion for Relief from Judgment Under Civil Rule 60(b)(2) & (3). (Doc. 46). For the reasons explained below, that motion is DENIED.

Background

This action ultimately arises from an unfortunate investment and the resulting failure of Lancorp Financial Business Trust (“Lancorp”). Plaintiff, O.N. Equity Sales Co.
