Lovins, Judge:

This suit was brought in the Circuit Court of Berkeley-County by Emery’s Motor Coach Lines, Inc., a corporation, and Robert L. Emery, Jr., against Mellon National. Bank and Trust Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a. national banking corporation, L. I. Rice, Edward W. Marsh, George M. Beltzhoover, Jr., trustees, and Potomac Coach Lines, Inc., a corporation. The trial court sustained a demurrer to the original and amended bills of' complaint and accorded plaintiffs the privilege of amending. Upon their declining to amend their pleadings, the bills of complaint were dismissed.…
