In this appeal, several tow truck businesses (petitioners) appeal a final order of the Public Service Commission (PSC) which approved the transfer of two certificates of convenience and necessity held by Lowell Larew, doing business as (d/b/a) Larew’s Salvage Yard located near Tunnelton, Preston County, to Robert L. Wyatt, d/b/a Wyatt Auto & Truck Service located in Elkins, Randolph County. It appears that Larew had been approved to obtain Certificate No. F-57481 from a Mr. Herron, d/b/a Barbour County Wrecker Service by a PSC order entered November 4, 1985. The other…
