Plaintiff, The Beverly Hills National Bank and Trust Company, brought an action of unlawful detainer *256against the defendant and appellant, A. Seres. Trial was had before a jury, at the conclusion of which the court directed that a verdict be entered for the plaintiff as prayed for in its complaint. From the judgment entered upon such verdict defendant prosecutes this appeal.
