KEM THOMPSON FROST, Justice.

In this mandamus proceeding, the rela-tors, a homebuilding company, one of its current employees, and a former employee, seek a writ of mandamus compelling the Honorable David E. Garner, judge of the 10th Judicial District Court of Galveston County, to compel to arbitration certain claims asserted by two former employees in the underlying litigation.
