Criminal defendant Manfred Derewal (Derewal) has moved to suppress electronic surveillance evidence in a criminal proceeding in which he is being held as a pretrial detainee charged with conspiracy to import into the United States one hundred seventeen gallons of P2P in violation of 21 U.S. C. § 963, the importation of P2P and the attempt to import P2P in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 952(a) and 960(a)(1).
