OPINION
HUDSON, Justice.
A jury found appellant, John Watts, guilty of the misdemeanor offense of water pollution. The court assessed punishment at one year confinement in Harris County Jail, probated for two years, and a $10,000 fine, plus court costs, with $9,000 of the fine probated, one hundred hours community supervision, and other standard conditions of probation.
