OLIVER, Senior Judge:

In a hotly contested trial, the substantive part of which took place during the first 10 days of December 1998, a panel of officer members, sitting as a general court-martial, convicted Appellant of various offenses. These were three specifications of larceny and one specification of fraud against the United States, in violation of Articles 121 and 132, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921 and 932.
