A general court-martial composed of officer members convicted Appellant, contrary to his pleas, of three specifications of larceny and one specification of fraud against the United States in violation of Articles 121 and *165132, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. §§ 921 and 932 (2000), respectively. The adjudged and approved sentence provides for Appellant to pay a $30,000.00 fine and to be dismissed from the naval service. The Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed the findings and sentence.
