Plaintiff Joseph Ciampi, proceeding pro se, brings the instant action against the City of Palo Ato and current and former employees of the Palo Ato Police Department. Plaintiffs claims arise out of an incident on March 15, 2008 that resulted in Plaintiffs arrest and the use of Taser guns against him.
