Reversing.
Sections 3037h-lll to 3037h-137, Kentucky Statutes, create in the City of Louisville a City Planning and Zoning Commission and provide that the legislative body thereof is empowered to regulate and restrict the height, number of stories and size of buildings and other structures and the location and use of buildings for trade, industry, residence or other purposes.
Pursuant to authority derived from the above mentioned statutes, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Louisville in 1931 enacted an ordinance designed to promote the objects and purposes…
