Before the Court is Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (“EEOC”) Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint. (D.E.# 27.) The EEOC proposes to amend its September 11, 2007 Complaint by asserting additional claims of sexual harassment and constructive discharge against Defendant Taco Bell Corporation (“Taco Bell”) on behalf of an Aggrieved Party whom the EEOC discovered after the lawsuit was filed.
