1Per curiam
Bar Counsel, acting pursuant to the provisions of Maryland Rule BV9 on behalf of the Attorney Grievance Commission, filed a petition with us seeking disciplinary action against Joseph Janvier Woodward, III, a member of the Bar of this Court since June 23, 1967. The petition alleged that Woodward had violated Disciplinary Rules by reason of his willful failure to file Maryland State income tax returns for each of the calendar years 1968 through and including 1979, with the exception of the calendar year 1971.
