Appeal by the claimant from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed February 1, 1968, which disallowed a claim for death benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Law. The deceased, Walter C. Lieblein, died on December 5, 1964 as a result of an industrial accident sustained on November 23, 1964. Appellant filed a claim for death benefits alleging that she was the legal widow of the deceased.
