The plaintiff, styling herself as Mrs. Essie Harris Lefkoff, brought a petition in equity against Ferie L. Sicro individually and as administratrix of the estate of Mike Lefkoff, deceased, Ethel Lefkoff Friedman, Wolfe L. Lefkoff, Louis R. Lefkoff, Sara Lefkoff, Rebecca Lefkoff Lefkowitz, Stephen Lefkoff, Charles Lefkoff, and Ida Lefkoff, and made substantially the following case: Petitioner became the wife of Mike Lefkoff in the year 1925, and was so related to him at the time of his death in September, 1936. “Mike Lefkoff . . agreed to and with petitioner in 1925 . .…
