We reverse the appellate court on its ruling regarding whether appellees were properly expelled from the club and on its ruling regarding appellants’ abuse of process claim. We affirm the appellate court’s decisions on appellants’ malicious prosecution and contract actions.

This is a case about a yacht club expelling some of its members. This is not the case of someone being denied his rights under the Constitution of the United States.
