Plaintiff-appellant, Vaughn Broadnax, appeals from summary judgment rendered in favor of defendant-appellees, James Grout and Greene Credit Service. Broadnax contends that the trial court erred in finding that he failed to establish a genuine issue of fact regarding the elements necessary to maintain actions for malicious prosecution, abuse of process, and violation of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (“OCSPA”).
