— This is an action upon an account stated. Trial by the court, sitting without a jury, resulted in findings of fact and conclusions of law favorable to plaintiff. From the judgment entered thereon, defendants have appealed.
The facts in the case, as established by the evidence and as found by the court, are these: Between October 30, 1927, and April 13, 1931, the respondent sold and delivered to appellants food-stuffs and groceries of the reasonable and agreed value of $2,681.65.
