The defendant Leete-Stevens, Inc. (Leete-Stevens), brought a certified appeal from the judgment of the Superior Court, sustaining the appeal by the plaintiffs, Penny Urbanowicz and Edward Sidor1 from the decision of the defendant planning and zoning commission of the town of Enfield (commission) granting a special permit to Leete-Stevens.
