This is an action for infringement of claims 1, 2 and 4 of Lewis Patent No. 2,-208,374 issued July 16, 1940, on an application filed August 28, 1937. The patent is entitled “Television Receiving System,” but the invention relied upon is directed only to a small portion of a television broadcast receiver.
