In this employment-discrimination lawsuit, Plaintiff Leonard Ross asserts that Defendant United States Capitol Police (“USCP” or “Capitol Police”)—his prior employer—forced him to retire and otherwise subjected him to unfavorable treatment due to his race and in retaliation for his prior engagement in protected activity.
