This is an appeal from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Shoob, J. presiding, holding that Eur-Control USA, Inc. (Eur-Control) infringed United States Patent No. 3,524,592 (the ’592 patent), and that Eur-Control Kalle, A.B. (Kalle) induced infringement. The validity of the patent was not questioned. The court further held that damages should be calculated based on Yarway’s lost profits, and that Eur-Con*270trol and Kalle had acted in bad faith.
